Description:
The primary school Feldkirchen/Ainring is divided into 3 locations. Currently the main location is Feldkirchen where the administration and the rectorate is housed. The Mitterfelden location is to be expanded from 4 classrooms to 10 classrooms, as well as rooms are also availablerequired for all -day care for elementary school students and the administration with rector should receive her offices here. For these reasons, the municipality of Ainring decided to provide the Mitterfelden location with another building and a renovation/restructuring in the basic school buildingto take. This new building should contain the necessary rooms for all -day care and the necessary classrooms. For reasons of space, this should be carried out 3-storey without basement. The existing elementary school building should be for the administration/teacher room and classroombe restructured. The construction work should take place during operation, the restructuring of the existing building, if possible during the holidays or subsequently for the new building. The sports hall will not be affected by the construction work. With regard to building technology, a primary goal is aas the most self -sufficient supply of the building, both in terms of heat supply and electrical engineering supply with maximizing the use of renewable energies and reducing the overall consumption of primary energy.
