The administration of the city of Münster and the Stadtwerke Münster have been commissioned by a Council decision to develop the new construction of the city bath South in a joint cooperation. Client of the Stadtbades Süd is the subsidiary of Stadtwerke Münster GmbH, the "Bädermanagement Münster GmbH". The planning area is located in the southern part of the district center (spirit district) in Münster. The property island arch 36 is located directly opposite the central green area of the listed residential residential area of green reason (garden city of Habichtöse / Green Grund, built in 1924-1931) and measures a land area of 5,277 m². The newly building city bath SÜD is a sports bath, which is predominantly planned for school and club sports, but also accessible to public use.
