Description:
For its headquarters at Karl-Wiechert-Allee 60C, 30625 Hanover, the waste management region of Hanover (aha) is planning to build a new 4-story social and office building with workshops on its own premises (short name: KWA-Z04). In the new building complex there will be a social area,an administration area for the employees of building management, construction planning and IT, as well as various meeting and training rooms were created. In the adjoining single-story middle section, the technical rooms serving the entire complex as well as two workshops are planned. The Hallenbau
receives a set solid core for additional workshops. Open and closed storage areas are provided in the workshops (1st floor workshops). The subject of this award procedure is the services of the air conditioning systems for the new I building on them premises of the aha waste management in Hanover:
L01 changing rooms, showers 3,780 m³/h
L02 office 4,130 m³/h
Approx. 900 m2 air duct sheet
Approx. 650 m spiral-seam pipe
