- Description:
- The University Hospital Duesseldorf (abbreviated UKD) is building a new clinic building on the campus of the Heinrich Heine University (HHU) to house the skin and eye clinic. The new building will also house a clinic for bone marrow transplants (inpatient and outpatient) as wella geriatric ward was housed. The 5-story new building in reinforced concrete construction with a basement and technical floor has no connection to adjacent buildings above ground.
Below ground, the building is connected to the automatic goods transport system (AWT) and to various media via Kanaels connected.
