- Description:
- The air-cooled condensation system is intended for year-round use and has the special feature that it is not operated at very cold outside temperatures and must be protected against freezing. The LuKo system includes the air-cooled condenser and the associated condensate management, which is to be installed in a building to be constructed on site. The requested LuKo system includes the following components: - Approx. 50 m exhaust steam line DN 2,100 between the exhaust steam flange on the turbine and the connection on LuKo, - turbine butterfly valves, - steel construction and pipe supports, - condenser bundles with surrounding wind walls, - fans including motors and frequency converters with lifting devices for motors and gearboxes - cleaning device for the Condenser bundle (on both sides) with high pressure water - External access platforms (on both sides of the sections) with access to the surface butterfly valves, including stairs and emergency ladders, - All internal piping, drainage, drainage, loading and Vents, surface butterfly valves (if necessary), fittings (shutting off, securing, regulating, measuring...), compensators, - Complete condensate management with condensate tank, condensate pumps, evacuation units (start-up and operating lamps including capacitors), - All equipment for assembly work - System control (software) The services to be provided are: factory and assembly planning, manufacturing, delivery, assembly, commissioning, trial operation and documentation for the complete air-cooled condensation system. Explicit reference is made to the execution of the work while the existing steam turbine and LuKo system is in operation and a smooth switchover to the new system.
