Description:
The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the client for a three-storey administration building with underground car park at Wassermuehlenstrasse 43 in Kappeln. Base surface: 2,053 m2, net space (NRF): 2,637 m2, base area (size): 668 m2, floor area underground car park: 1,136 m2. The building is as a reinforced concrete skeletal buildingcreated. Strip foundations, reinforced concrete outer walls of the underground car park and the cantilevered reinforced concrete ceiling are produced in location concrete. The rising floors EG and OG are produced with female reinforced concrete, system bars made of steel and clamping concrete hole torn ceilings. The outer walls are notand are made from ready-made wooden frame construction walls. The relay floor and the roofing ceiling are therefore built as a wooden structure.
