At Munich Airport, there is a renovation requirement of the approximately 30-year-old park infrastructure in the central zone.
The technical goal of renovation and modernization of parking garage P 3 and P4 is a long-term use after completion of the measure.
This requires mainly concrete repair work, renovation of building environments, revision of the bottom surfaces, the exchange of (fire-protected) doors and gates as well as painter and coating work.
The renewal or renovation / modernization of the entire TGA (system groups 1 to 8) is also required.
The parking garages have a capacity of 728 parking spaces (P3) or 760 parking spaces (P4).
The work should be made during operation if necessary. A variant examination in LPH 2 with regard to costs and appointments must be provided by the planner.
