Description:
For the area of the main department Contribution and finance (HBF), the old bars that still exist in Munich and at the Erfurt location are to be digitized and destroyed in the years 2025 and 2026, taking into account the data protection regulations.
Digitization and destruction From operating files
The subject of the measure is the digitization and annihilation of member and contribution files in paper form (altar) of the client.
The following information can be assumed as the starting data:
- Files in the Akti at the Munich location
Paper files approx. 900 running meters, this Corresponds to 60,000 files.
- Files in the basement at the Munich location
Paper files approx. 1,000 running meters (including 167 boxes), this corresponds to 120,000 files.
- Files in the basement at the Erfurt location
Paper files approx. 250 boxes, approx. 140 running meters, this corresponds to 9,000 files.
The Order is placed as a total order to an contractor.
A contract with a total term is to be concluded at around 16 months.
As The start of the contract and performance is the date of the surcharge announcement, probably from 01.09.2025. The contract ends 31.12.2026, At the latest when the digitization and destruction of the files is complete.
The total volume is around EUR 1,500,000.00 net for the entire contract term.
