- The aim of this grant construction is to modernize the Allee Theater and make it barrier -free. The condition of the theater hall is in need of renovation after decades of intensive use, which makes modernization inevitable. The stage machinery is also completely out of date,Often defective and no longer corresponds to the current requirements of occupational safety. Urgent renewal is required. In addition, the accessibility of the venue must be improved in order to meet the needs of the audience. The planned measures should includecontribute that the Allee Theater continues to play an important role in the cultural diversity of Hamburg and that visitors, especially school classes, are offered optimal conditions for cultural experiences. The construction work includes in particular: 1. Remodeling and renovation of the theater hall:Comprehensive interventions in the building fabric, including the installation of a new basement ceiling, new arrangement of the steps and the revision of all surfaces. 2. Modernization of the stage machinery: Exchange of outdated and defective stage technology to the requirements of occupational safetysuffice. 3. Improvement of accessibility: Adaptation of the venue to the needs of people with disabilities in accordance with the Hamburg state action plan for participation in order to enable all interested parties to access cultural offers.
