Description:
Agricultural and horticultural advisory services are awarded in a 2-stage procedure. On the 1st stage, the bidders give an offer - or in the case of several consultants for each consultant a separate offer - about their consulting services for one or more advisory topics (= unexplained). The surcharge is granted on the offers that meet the requirements. The framework contract is also concluded. After determining the concrete need for advice and determining the funds for each unassired, the 2nd stage of the service contracts is concluded. The overall unexplored funds are divided into each other, taking into account the minimum amount of € 4,000 net and the maximum amount of € 60,000 net per individual consultant and year, as well as on the advisory capacities given by the bidders among all bidders that have been awarded the contract. Up to a maximum of € 2,000 net is reimbursable per individual consultation. Concrete consulting obligations only arise when the service contract is concluded.
