Description:
The service to be awarded includes the examination of the annual financial statements of the Rems-Murr-Kliniken gGmbH to expand the examination according to § 53 HGRG for the 2025 financial year with the option, the order annually by another financial year up to a maximum period of a maximum of five financial yearsExtend (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029). The pulling of this option is generally intended. The commissioning for the annual financial statements of the following financial year is again decided every year taking into account the §§ 318 ff. HGB. The annual financial statements and the examination havethus to take place according to the regulations applicable to large corporations. The bookkeeping and the creation of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account are carried out by your own employees and via the accounting software from Diamant with a interface cover to the company Agfaprocessed. The annual financial statements (balance sheet, GUV, appendix, management report) are presented for the examination date. It is not an initial examination, but a new allocation based on a decision of the supervisory board.
