- The subject of the award procedure are the degrees of service contracts on the implementation of the building cleaning (including workplaces) and glass and window cleaning in the employed buildings of the Weissenfels district court, Friedrichsstrasse 18, in 06667 Weissenfels incl. On monastery 3, 06667 Weissenfels. The cleaning services to be provided result from the tender documents (performance descriptions and price sheets).
The Weissenfels district court is a property with two employee buildings. The main building (Keller, EG, 1. floor, 2. OG and 3. OG - partly used as a attic) is located at Friedrichsstrasse 18, 06667 Weissenfels. There is an outdoor elevator in the main building. The outbuilding (Keller, EG, 1. OG, 2nd floor and 3. floor) is located in the street Am Kloster 3, 06667 Weissenfels. The outbuilding consists of a front and a back house and can be reached over the courtyard from the main building.
With regard to maintenance cleaning (Lot 1) in the Weissenfels district court, the following areas must be cleaned:
- Main building: 1,990.24 m2 of cleaning surface and 205,868.40 m2 annual cleaning area
- annex: 361.06 m2 Cleaning floor and 4,332.72 m2 annual cleaning area
The following areas must be cleaned with regard to the glass and window cleaning (lot 2):
- Main building: 412.29 m2 of cleaning surface and 774.65 m2 annual cleaning area
- Cover building: 67.02 m2 of cleaning surface and 67.02 m2 Annual cleaning area
Afterwards there are two one -time one -sided extension options of the AG for the term of one year. The contracts are extended by another Year, unless the AG explains
a) until 30.09.2028 for the option year 2029 and
b) until September 30, 2029 for the option year 2030
