Description: The building is planned with a total of 5 floors (ground floor to fourth floor).
The kitchen and cafeteria are located on the ground floor - the seminar / classrooms and teachers' rooms including meeting rooms are planned from the 1st to the 4th.
For the new building, the heating installations with all radiators, underfloor heating surfaces, pipes, fittings and heat exchangers are taken into account.
There are a total of 4-5 heating circuits for stat. Heating, underfloor heating, air conditioning systems and hot water preparation are provided.
The main supply line is also planned to be buried underground as a local heating line.
