- The Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis, the Bad Duerkheim district, the Germersheim district, the city of Speyer, the city of Neustadt and the city of Ludwigshafen intend to act as responsible authorities within the meaning of Regulation 1370/2007 in accordance with Article 5 (1) of Regulation 1370/07 i. V. m. the 4th part of the GWB as of June 15, 2025 for the VRN Rheinpfalz line bundle to award a public service contract within the meaning of Regulation 1370/2007 with an expected duration until the timetable change in June 2035. The Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar KoeR, represented by Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar GmbH — bothe B1 3-5, 68159 Mannheim - carries out the awarding of contracts on behalf of its association members in accordance with Section 7 Paragraph 6 in conjunction with Section 10 Paragraph 4 NVG.
