Description:
The subject of the procedure is the allocation of object planning services architecture, buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 10, performance phases 1 to 9 the Rems-Murr Clinic in Winnenden. The provision of the contractual planning services begins at the end of September 2025.A gradual order is intended, there is no entitlement to continuation. The specific scope of the services to be provided by the contractor results from the tender documents that are made available to the selected applicants in the second stage.
