With this procurement procedure, the municipality of Bremen writes the object planning services for buildings and interiors 1-9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI i.V.M. Annex 10 HOAI, as well as special services listed in connection with the establishmentof the city musician and literary house. The account house as a historic building with specialArchitectural quality and independent appearance within sight of the city musician monument by Gerhard Marcks and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Rathaus/Roland on the edge of the market square is ideal for this. With the urban music and literature house, an advantage for the fairy tale in Brementhe Bremen city musician and at the same time a central place for the literary scene of Bremen and the region are created. The Senate of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen has commissioned the Senator for Culture to the project provider. For this purpose, the municipality of Bremen has in the westernBuilding tract of the account house The three lower floors rented by the landlord (UG, EG, 1.
