From the contract and Appendix 01 Description of the procurement). The contract is the bidders selected for the 2nd stage with the request forSubmission of initial offer provided. A daycare center with 8 groups is to be built on the urban property of the former Raiffeisenring secondary school. About 3000 square meters of the total property are parked and provided for the building and the outdoor area.In accordance with the wording in the needs plan for the daycare center, the daycare center is to be operated in an open concept in the building and in the outdoor play area. Preparatory ground report and line plans are available to implement a preliminary draft. The architect for thatBuilding has already been commissioned and is already in preliminary planning. The building concept is intended to meet economic and ecological aspects. With regard to sustainability, the concept is based on the BNB Standard Gold or the GLW.
