Description:
Public clients are responsible subjects in local public transport (public transport) according to § 8 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 PBefG i. V. M. § 6 Paragraph 1 of the Law on Planning, Organization and Design of Local Passenies of Passion Baden-Wuerttemberg (public transport BW). The clients are According to Section 6 (3) OePNVG BW, the authority in the sense of the EU regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 (VO 1370/2007). The counties and the city of Pforzheim are therefore responsible for ensuring a sufficient transport offer in their sphere of activity (Section 8 (3) PBefG). After the current one Traffic operation in line bundles 4 ends on December 31, 2025, the traffic service had to be guaranteed from January 1st, 2026.
The bus traffic services on the following listed VVS lines come to award:
-Line 663 Weil der Stadt -Neuhausen (PF)
-Line 663a Weil of the city - Merklingen - Muenklingen - Hausen (school traffic)
-Line 666 Weil der Stadt -Pforzheim
-Line 666a Tiefenbronn - Neuhausen - Steinegg (student traffic)
- Line N61 Doeffingen - Schafhausen - Because the city - Merklingen - Muenklingen - Hausen
These are only line traffic which should be approved in accordance with Section 42 PBefG. The contractor has to fulfill the specified timetable; This is attached to Appendix LB.1.
