Description: The district of Esslingen intends as a task authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 (1), 3 public transport-BW in conjunction with § 8a PBefG and Art. 2 lit. c) VO (EC) No. 1370/2007, a public service order (ÖDLA) to award motor vehicles according to § 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG via public passenger traffic services. The award takes place by way of the Europe -wide, open procedure.
The competitive procedure is expected to be initiated in January 2023.
