Public passenger traffic services with motor vehicles in the Rems-Murr district in the district bundle 03 "Verkehrsraum Waiblingen".
The district intends to be the task authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 (1), 3 OePNVG-BW in conjunction with Section 8a PBefG and Art. 2 Lit. C)(EG) No. 1370/2007, a public service order (OeDLA) via public passenger transport services with motor vehicles according to § 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG. The award takes place by way of the open procedure. The traffic services included at the start of operation (see section 5.1.3.) In total, the traffic diets to be awarded are current according to the currentPlanning status in condition 1 (01.01.2027-31.07.2027) on 1,363.151 and in condition 2 (01.08.2027-31.12.2036) to 1,341,096 plant kilometers per year.
