Awarding of passenger transport services in scheduled transport with motor vehicles (on-demand transport) in the Hanover region
The Hanover region intends to act as the responsible authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 1 No. 1 Letter a) NNVG in conjunction with Section 8a PBefG and Article 2 lit. c) VO 1370/2007, a publicto award a public service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services in regular service with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 44 PBefG. The award is made by direct award in accordance with Article 5 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of Regulation 1370/2007 in conjunction with Section 108 GWB. The OeDA is awarded to UeSTRA Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe AG, Am Hohen Ufer 6, 30159 Hannover, Tel. 49 511 1668 0. The subject of the intended OeDA is the operation of the sprinti on-demand system. The sprinti on-demand transport is offered in the 12 municipalities of the Hanover region, most of which are in the GVH tariff zone Cand includes the operation of the vehicles as well as the provision of the necessary background systems. Sprinti can be ordered without a timetable by passengers using a smartphone app or by calling a central number. An algorithm is used to set the travel relationship within certain parametersassigned the best route in terms of waiting time and distance to the boarding point. The core of on-demand traffic is the combination of various bookings into one trip, as long as the requests can be combined in terms of time and location.
