Awarding of passenger transport services in regular services with motor vehicles in the Enzkreis and the Ludwigsburg district in the Illingen traffic area
The Enzkreis and the Ludwigsburg district intend to act as public transport authorities for their area of responsibility in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 OePNVG BW and the responsible authoritiesrden in the sense of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2007 on public passenger transport services (VO (EC) No. 1370/2007), a public. Service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services in the transport area (Illingen line bundle) in a competitiveadvertising tendering procedures. The subject of the intended OeDA is all public passenger transport services in the Illingen traffic area. At the start of operations, the transport services will be on the following line in the previously named traffic area: 707 Muehlacker Muehlhausen/Enz Illingen Vaihingen Grossglattbach
The total performance of bus route 707 is approx. 290,000 scheduled kilometers/year. There may still be minor changes to the range of services before operations begin; These changes must be taken into account and implemented by the company.
The intended OeDADuring its term, it includes ensuring adequate service with public transport services.
