• The subject of this procurement procedure are services for complete planning and ready-to-use and ready-to-operate and key/reliable construction of nine apartment buildings (MFH) with a common connecting basement (partly as underground use) as well as outside areas (open systems), as well the release of the property and the demolition of eight existing buildings. For the nine apartment buildings and the underground car park, the following gross floor areas (BGF) are intended: - area 9 mfH: approx. 8,840 m2 GFZ (max. Floor area (§20 BaunVO: 8,900 m2) - surface with underground car park: approx. 7,500 M2 BGF incl. Keller rooms under the buildings-corridor no. 4147, district Murnau The actual areas must be tailored to the requirements of the B-Plan and, taking into account the existing buildings, to be calculated on the scope of the B plan and demonstrated by building planning law. The AG intends to award the aforementioned services to a total contractor. The scope of the AN also includes all services and expenses to obtain all necessary public law and private law permits and approvals, including the Building permit. The necessary planning and expert services are part of the performance of the AN. The subject of this tender is therefore total entrepreneurial services starting from the planning of service phase 2 HOAI on the obtaining of the building permit, demolition of the existing buildings up to the turnkey construction and maintenance within the warranty period. The scope of the AN also includes all the necessary services for opening up the media of supply and disposal (from the transfer point of the local supply companies) and the establishment of the Outlashes within the limits of the building plot.
