Description:
The special -purpose association intends to build a sewage sludge drying system at the garbage heater in Wuerzburg. For this purpose, the drying system is to be connected energetically to the MHKW and integrated into the plant network at the location of the MHWK. So that the thermal recycling of sewage sludgeis sustainable, the water content must be reduced by drying in advance. In 2023, the client also commissioned a feasibility study to clarify the technical and economic implementability of the project. Based on the feasibility study andIn the meantime, the client of the time is carried out by an investment volume of EUR 30-40 million net. The sewage sludge drying should be carried out by the end of June 2028. The investment costs should be pre -financed by the contractorand after commissioning by the fees received by the client are repaid about the depreciation period. The general entrepreneur should also take over the general planning. This includes in particular the services of engineering, structural engineering and technical equipmentTGA.
The contractor must be taken into account the following aspects in his provision of services:
