Description:
The district of Siegen-Wittgenstein is a guide for general public transport according to § 3 Paragraph 1 OePNVG NRW. In accordance with Section 3 (2) Public Occcidice NRW, he is responsible for the agreement or the establishment of community transport services i. S. v. Art. 2 Lit. B and C Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007. He As a task authority and responsible authority, intends a public service mandate for the provision of local public transport services in accordance with Section 8a (3) PBefG i. V. M. Art. 2 Lit B and Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and the Council with motor vehicles to be granted according to Section 2 (1) PBefG. The district of Siegen-Wittgenstein as the competent authority complies with this information in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 2 Ordinance (EC) No. 1370/2007 and Section 8a (2) Passenger Transport Act. The one captured by the intended Oeda Transport services are subject to the requirements for the timetable, transport fee and standards in accordance with Section 8a (2) sentence 3 PBefG. These requirements serve to ensure sufficient traffic control in accordance with Section 8 (3) PBefG. They arise in particular from this preliminary announcement and a supplementary document according to § 8a Paragraph 2 S. 5 a.E.
