The municipality of Bremen will build in the so-called Kontorhaus am Markt, Langenstrasse 4, Bremen (hereinafter "Kontorhaus"), a city musician and literary house in an exposed city center. With the city musician and literary house, an advantage for the fairy tale of the Bremen city musicians in BremenAnd at the same time a central place for the Bremen literary scene and the region are created.
