Procedure of the city of Brakel to award services for the extension for the extension elementary school Brakel
The city of Brakel ("client") intends to build a new building in wooden frame construction for the expansion of all-day educational and care offers for children in primary school ageat the municipal community elementary school in Brakel ("SGGS"). The school location is located at Kloeckerstrasse 25 in Brakel. The SGGS is one of the largest primary schools in NRW with around 670 students. The main location affected here in the Brakel urban area is currently visiting around 560 studentsAnd students, spread over 24 classes. Two forms of care are offered: on the one hand there is a care until 1:30 p.m., at the main location as part of the integrative open all -day school ("IOGS"), care is offered by 4:00 p.m. in which the children eat for lunchDo homework, but can also take part in afternoon leisure activities in the form of various working groups and projects as well as holiday care.

HOAI) for the service phases 3 ff.The client has already had the service phases 1 to 2 developed for the performance profile building/interior by a commissioned planning office.
