Description:
As part of a one-stage award procedure as a negotiated procedure in accordance with KonzVgV (this means that the application form must be submitted together with the offer!), Flughafen Koeln/Bonn GmbH is looking for tenants to rent space in the rental car center in Terminal 1 of theCologne/Bonn Airport for car rental purposes.
The tender is for six counter areas (Lot 1 to Lot 6) with associated office and ancillary areas in the rental car center on the arrivals level of Terminal 1 and car parking spaces in car park P2 level 1 for the Issue and return ofRental vehicles and other reserve parking spaces in car park P2.
The six bidders who have achieved the highest number of points according to the evaluation of the evaluation matrix will be included in the award procedure for the six lots. The applicant with the highest number of points will be awarded a ticketof his choice (Lots 1-6). The bidder with the next highest score gets to decide between the remaining lots, etc..
