Description:
Provision of scheduled traffic and related services in rail passenger traffic (SPNV) on the network in the middle of the state of Schleswig-Holstein and subcontractor services for the DSB (Danish State Railway) in Denmark from 12/2027 to 12/2039.
The state of Schleswig-Holsteinhas commissioned the company Alstom Transport Germany (ATD) to manufacture, deliver and maintain triebe (EU order announcement No. 2022/S 057148781). These vehicles are to be used in the middle of the network. The contractor is obliged to have the one procured by the clientRobs from the Zug.SH Aoer as the future owner of the trains to rent on previously defined conditions. The contractor should also be transferred to essential rights from the maintenance contract concluded by the state of Schleswig-Holstein and the contractor should commit himself toto pay the remuneration due for this.

The services include SPNV traffic on the Hamburg-Kiel and Hamburg-Flensburg-German-Danish border at Padborg with approx. 4.8 million Zug-KM p. a. On behalf of the state of Schleswig-Holsteinand the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (transport contract Netz Mitte) as well as subcontractor services between the German-Danish border with Padborg and Tinglev (DK) with approx. 0.1 million Zug-KM p. a. on behalf of the DSB (subcontractor contract network center).
