Description:
The state capital Dresden, represented by the office for building construction and real estate management (AHI), is planning to maintain and modernize the city's property at the location of the alumni of the Dresden Kreuzchor (Ermelstrasse 1 in 01277 Dresden). The client intends To take advantage of funding. The aim is to create contemporary conditions for living, learning and making music based on the extension completed in 2020. Constructional inadequacies are to be remedied by modernization. With the project, the prerequisites created for the implementation of a group concept and the integration of the Kurrendans who sleep outside.
