The GMH | Building management Hamburg GmbH looks after a wide variety of locations for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The management of the properties also includes structural measures to be repaired, new and converted. This results in a holistic view of the economic relationshipsbetween building investment and operating costs. In addition to the aim of the economic implementation of the transferred services, GMH pursues a high degree of transparency and participation.
The overall project Olympic base HH/SH consists of five components. The new construction of the Olympic base - the central buildingIf administrative offices, training and diagnostic rooms, regeneration areas as well as physiotherapy, seminar and event rooms are accommodated.
The aim is to support the athletes with a central place for training, regeneration and meals. The athletes' house offers accommodationsFor athletes and educators, a large central cafeteria and all educational rooms.
An underground car park and a two -storey sports hall are also planned. In addition, part of the existing swimming pool is converted and expanded. The outdoor facilities include other sports areas, in particularBeach volleyball fields, as well as the district square and the Dulsberg boulevard.
