• Description:
• The federal Autobahn GmbH, North Branch, intends to conclude a contract for the maintenance of the PWC systems at the rest areas of the North Branch. The maintenance contract includes the following services: • Technical maintenance • Electrical Safety testing • Lightning protection testing • Hourly work for troubleshooting/repairs • Material costs, spare parts Technical maintenance of toilet systems: Technical maintenance is carried out twice a year and includes the doors, the structure, the Sanitary technology, electrical engineering, control technology, key switches and dispenser systems. Electrical safety testing: Electrical systems are tested in accordance with DGUV V3 once a year and must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Lightning protection test: The lightning protection test is carried out once a year. Hourly wage work for troubleshooting and repairs as part of maintenance and troubleshooting to restore the function of the PWC system: The hourly wage work, the installation and Departure and material are recorded separately. The work must be carried out in coordination with the respective highway maintenance department. The contractor is obliged to supply all aids and materials required to provide the service place. After maintenance has been carried out, the motorway maintenance department will receive a maintenance report and test report for electrical systems on the type and scope of the service carried out, including installed parts and information about the condition of the system Possible necessary repair work will be handed over. The annual lightning protection test and electrical safety test must be carried out as part of technical maintenance.
