Description: Within a 24-month project period, this project has to analyze the target existing white-box KI models in terms of their energy saving potentials both on hardware side, on the model page and on the communication site (in distributed training) and the practical applicability of the evaluated techniques and thus To demonstrate to demonstrate savings potentials in particular in the energy industry.
Exemplary technologies, which is to demonstrate the energy efficiency potential, are the further development of the hardware in the direction of FPGA, Federated Learning, Distributed Training, Model Recycling and other innovative approaches. In an application-related dialogue with the energy and digital economy within the framework of workshops, the KI applications to be considered are to be concretized and the results developed are scientifically evaluated.
