Description:
The Charite - University Medical Center Berlin intends to establish a forward -looking new building for the German Heart Center of the Charite (DHZC) in the southwestern area of the Virchow Clinic (CVK) Campus. In the planned new building, the central sterile goods supply (ZSVA) and the Central emergency room (ZNA) housed and a helipad built on the roof of the building. The total usable area for the new DHZC building is approx. 29,800 m2 with a gross rack area of approx. 75,600 m2 and a gross space content of approx. 355,000 m³. It is planned to build the new building as Building building with 16 upper floors and 2 shelters. Sustainability certification according to the system of the German Society for Sustainable Building (DGNB) in the "Gold" level is sought for the building.
The Charite - University Medicine Berlin, writes for the new building of the German heart center hereby from the following construction work:
Office container as a single and double module: 27 pieces
Magazine container: 35 pieces
Team container: 25 pieces.
Detention period: 32 months
Cleaning the office containers: 32 months.
