Description:
Object planning for the renovation and increase of the administration building on Anger 34, 07743 Jena. Load -bearing walls in brick construction, ceilings as concrete rib ceilings.
Current use as an administrative building. The building becomesRefurbished empty.
Refurbishment of the inventory (approx. 1600 m2 GGF) and increase by a floor (approx. 300m2 GABF) for future use as an administrative building with flexible use (modern working environments).
Integration of a new elevator and second rescue route is part of the task. The energeticRefurbishment (KFW55 or better) is accompanied by an energy consultant.
The task is sent to the bidder with the request for submission.§ 34 HOAI in connection with Appendix 10, for the performance phase 1-9:
