The building is drawn empty for renovation. Refurbishment of the inventory (approx. 1600 m2 GBF) and increase by a floor (approx. 300m2 GABF).
Total renovation of the building to KfW 55 or better with a regenerativeShare heating greater 65%. Renewal of the entire heating system and switch to heat pump heating with the option of cooling / tempering in the office oaks.
Examination of the heating variants as part of an economic investigation. Refurbishment / exchange of the entire sanitary networkWater / wastewater and basic pipes.
