Description:
The subject of the procedure is planning services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 Technical Equipment HOAI, Power phases 1 to 9 HOAI (basic services and special services). The Anhalt University of Applied Sciences intends to renovate the B020 laboratory building at the Bernburg location. The sub -basement buildingwas built in 1980 as a laboratory and seminar building and is a three-storey building in reinforced concrete construction with wall panes and location concrete ceilings. The roof is designed in a massive design with precipitation and roof seal. In all three floors, office, teaching and laboratory rooms are toofind. The existing building comprises a gross base area of around 2,430 m2. The building is largely used as a laboratory building for research and teaching. The following research branches are located in this laboratory building: - Bioanalytics and biochemistry, - hygiene research, - microbiology,- Plant biotechnology and - food technology. Plant group 1 and 2 (Honorary Zone II) 2, plant group 3 (Honorary Zone III) - without conversion surcharge. There are S1 and S2 laboratories to be scheduled. The construction work includes the complete dismantling and the professional disposal of existing and the constructionModern, needs -based technical equipment (HLS) within the laboratory building. According to the requirement of the room book and the use of the room air -technical systems with the necessary air treatment zones, the central air treatment zones must be dimensioned.
