Description:
The subject of the procurement project is the allocation of a framework agreement between the clients as the lessee on the one hand and an expert and efficient service provider along with a lessor as a financing partner on the other. Both the service provider and the lessorbecome contractors of the framework agreement and are jointly responsible for the provision of services with the respective performance shares. The main power items include: • Introduction of the offer for business bike leasing by providing informationand communication offers for employees of the client as well as training of the person responsible for personnel and billing of the clients, • Implementation of a German-language ordering and settlement process for business bike leasing by providing and operating an online platform underConsideration of the processes for personnel management of the client, • Provision of bicycles in accordance with Section 63a Road Traffic Registration Code for business and private use as well as leased accessories such as bicycle lock, light, pedals, etc.Dealers - online or on site - from the contractor's contracting network, • Provision of security services to exemption from damage and processing of incident management for the contractual specific case groups, • Conducting services such as B. annualMaintenance, inspection and repair services from a dealer from the contractor's contracting network as well as • processing of the order, return and damage processes.
