Driving certificate controls on the AVV regional bus lines, quality controls integrated into the Augsburg Transport and Tariff Association (in the context of driving tests and as separate controls, including checking the stops, vehicle signage, the ticket printer, checking of theDriving staff, in particular behavior towards passengers), the processing of the receipt from the increased transport fee (EBE), processing of oral and written customer contacts as well as passenger counts, extensions, driving time recording.
