Appreciation of the intention to conclude a contract for the care of aidsProduct group 18 of the aid directory including the associated services according to § 127 paragraph 1 SGB V

The subject of the announcement is the conclusion of a contract with individual service providers and/or service provider associations according to § 127 paragraph 1 SGB VAid delivery (health services) of product subgroup 18 of the aid directory according to § 139 SGB V including the services required for care. This includes in particular: advice, delivery and instruction of the insured person in the appropriateHandling, maintenance, repairs and safety controls.
For the under product groups 18.50.02.0 and 18.50.02.2, 5-year flat rates are to be agreed, all other aids are i. R. from purchase/re -deployment.
The IKK uses to store your aidsA central warehouse. The restoration, the return, the preparation for storage, warehousing and the disposal of the aids, provided that they are submitted as part of the purchase repetition, are not part of this new contract to be concluded.
