- The Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) and the Hanseatic Health Insurance Fund (HEK) intend to conclude contracts in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V for the supply of TK and HEK insured persons with irrigation systems that are gravity-dependent, pump-dependent, electric or with powered by a battery. In this context, the TK is the contact person and is authorized to carry out all legal transactions, declarations and actions for the HEK that are necessary for the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V are to be given and received. The contracts include the delivery of: - PG 03 irrigation systems that are gravity-dependent, pump-dependent, electric or battery operated, as well as all related services.
