- Announcement of negotiations for anal irrigation The Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) and the Hanseatic Health Insurance Fund (HEK) intend to conclude contracts in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V regarding the supply of irrigation systems to TK and HEK insured persons Gravity-dependent, pump-dependent, electric or battery operated. In this context, the TK is the contact person and is authorized to carry out all legal transactions, declarations and actions for the HEK that are necessary for the implementation Conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V must be submitted and received. The contracts include the delivery of: -PG 03 irrigation systems that are gravity-dependent, pump-dependent, operated electrically or with a battery become and all related services.
