Announcement of the trading partner for Microsoft licenses and accession Ifb.hh
The AN undertakes for the AG to provide the following services:
• Relocation and use of Microsoft Licenses according to the regulations of the framework contract of the Federal Ministry of the Interior and for Home (BMI) with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited for a new Enterprise Agreement as well as the existing Select plus contract;
• Access to the Microsoft Volume licensing: Group accession (indirect);
• Procurement of the licenses according to the price sheet;
• The AN has to ensure that the AG is using the software according to the product usage rights granted without violations is made possible.
