• Description:
• The municipality of Anröchte intends to renovate the sports hall in the Effeln district to improve energy efficiency. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The subject of the measure is the energetic optimization of the Building envelope as well as the modernization and renewal of technical systems, in particular heat supply, ventilation and other structural components. The basis of the project is the submitted energy concept, the DIN 18599 calculations and the approved funding application including the associated attachments. The planning services to be carried out include the continuation of the existing planning from service phase 4 onwards for the building and from service phase 4 onwards for the supporting structure. Particular attention is paid to the subsidy-compliant separation of all costs and services into eligible and non-fundable components as well as to ensuring the technical, energy and funding requirements are met. Property planning and Structural planning The property planning includes all basic services from service phases 4 to 9 in accordance with Section 33 ff or Annex 10.1 of the HOAI 2021 for all measures in connection with the energy-related renovation measures.
