Description:
The Charite - Universitatsmedizin Berlin, Campus Charite Mitte (CCM), Chariteplatz 1, 10117 Berlin is inviting tenders for glare protection as part of the renovation of the Rudolf Virchow House (RVH). The Rudolf Virchow House is the main building of the listed facility of the Charite Pathological Institute in the northwest of the Charite Mitte (CCM) campus. The complex consists of the main building (RVH), the section house (SH) and the Berlin Medical History Museum (BMM). Due to current developments, there is a need for additional space in the Rudolf Virchow House, which is not shown in the inventory can be. In addition to these space requirements, there is a great need for structural renovation in some areas of the Rudolf Virchow House as well as the need to implement existing fire protection requirements. The tender includes measures for the renovation of research areas as well as the Installation of the fire alarm system and renovation of service rooms.
