Description:
The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with an economic participant about advisory and support services for the introduction of an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) based on an IT_Service management system in the AOK BW or in the event of accession in theaccommodating corporation. The Itscareis a full-service IT service provider of her shareholders and continues to provide several central services for other AOKs.
