- Establishment of a system for landfill use and conversion into landfill for handing over to the natural gas network, in particular: lot 1: gas cleaning, gas thickener station and gas torch • Production of the necessary start-ups, foundations, surface fastenings, underground tube and Cable systems etc. including the necessary deep and reinforced concrete work • Deponie die cleaning system (GR) using activated carbon filters for removing hydrogen sulfide including aggregates for gas cooling and gas heating. Free installation with 2 rotary piston, fittings, piping, promotion of landfill for the landfill system and emergency torch, volume current up to 700 NM3/h • Emergency torch system for landfill's Fixing heat performance up to max. 2,500 kW, volume current 50 to 700 NM3/h, combustion temperature 1,200 C, dwell time 0.3 sec. • Complete EMSR technique with measuring value operators, cabling, switching system • overarching system control (lot 1 and 2) with visualization and data archiving LOS 2: Deponiemethane treatment system with "own current BHW" existing: • Production of the necessary Foundations, foundations, surface fastenings, underground pipe and cable systems etc. including the necessary deep and reinforced concrete work • Deponiegas block heating system (CHP) for own electricity production with electr. Performance of approx. 135 kW, complete with expanded container structure, Gas-Otto engine with a generator, lubricating oil and exhaust system, cooling plants, switching system and control etc. • Deponiemethane processing system (DMAA), volume current depositas up to 700 NM3/h, suitable for high nitrogen content in landfillas up to 25 vol.% (Better 30 vol.) • Complete with container structures, Activated carbon filters for siloxan and VOC separation, necessary gas storage systems, gas interpreters • required side systems for cooling and heating, pipeline systems, internal gas circuits • A...
