Description:
Completion of a framework agreement on the temporary transfer of standard software "Applicant Management Tool" for the VBG and other accident insurance institutions entitled to access.
The VBG needs an applicant management tool / software -based recruiting on the 01.11.2025 as well as the external recruiting process.
As a on Premise solution, the system must ensure for at least 2 years with the possibility of two -time extension for 12 months each.
Applicant management tool
The "Applicant Management Tool" product is on Premise Solution from the VBG/BGHM IT in a separate data center. The system must be separated for several organizations (at least VBG and BGHM and BGW) and each to operate individually.
The prerequisite for this is that the product can be run on Windows servers. Besides that the Database Management System Microsoft SQL is supported by the product. An interface to the single sign-on is also required.
Provision at the user must be possible via Citrix, a web interface or a packageable client software.
