Description of the performance and the procedure:
Expansion and operation of a sustainable and high-performance telecommunications network (symmetrical broadband connections with at least 1 gigabit/s) within the meaning of N. 3.1 of the Gigabit Directive 2.0
The client carried out a one -time negotiation procedure without an upstream participation competition based on § 17 VGV. This procedure is not subject to procurement law, since the exceptional statement of Section 116 (5) GWB or Section 149 No. 8 GWB applies.
Note: This negotiation procedure is at the same time to submit an indicative offer with the application. The authority reserves the right to cover this indicative offer from a bidder without negotiation. An EU has been broadly published to enable the greatest possible competition.
