System for attack detection (SZA) in Dessau Rosslau with a basic term of 36 months (from 01,2026 to 12 2028; option up to 12.2030)
The Dessauer Supply and Transport Society MBH [DVV] is the central service provider for energy supply, mobility and urban infrastructure in Dessau-Rosslau. As a municipal company, DVV runs the Stadtwerke Dessau and is responsible for the safe care of the citizens with electricity, gas, warmth and water. In addition, DVV operates local public transport (public transport) and is committed to the expansion and modernization the urban traffic and supply infrastructure.
The DVV-Dessau as a particularly important facility within the meaning of the NIS2 directive (EU) 2022/2555 and as operators of critical systems are subject to increased requirements for cyber security and resilience.
Given the increasing number and professionalism DVV-Dessau has decided from cyber attacks on municipal companies and suppliers as well as the legislature requirements to protect the office systems and adjacent OT systems by an externally operated Security Operations Center (SoC) with integrated components for attack detection and -reaction to strengthen significantly.
